CSS UK Ltd help keep the plant running

One of our confined space entry teams was deployed over the weekend near Manchester.

A dust extraction system had broken down stopping the plant from running. We deployed a team to clean out the dust extraction hopper to enable access to a screw which was in need of urgent repair.

One of our confined space trained welders entered and completed the repair work. The team who completed the clean out then provided standby rescue and facilitated rope access to provide a rescue haul rig should it be required.

We are pleased to say that 24 hours after the call the plant was fully operational again.

The end result. A clean hopper, a repaired screw and a happy client.
